Refund Eligibility

MT Network offers refunds under the following conditions:

Service Not Activated

Full refund if service is not activated within 7 days of payment for reasons attributable to us.

Installation Cancellation

Full refund if you cancel before installation begins. After installation starts, installation fees are non-refundable.

Service Quality Issues

  • Partial refund for service outages exceeding 24 hours (excluding planned maintenance)
  • Pro-rated refund if consistent service quality issues cannot be resolved within 14 days

Non-Refundable Items

  • Installation and setup fees (after installation completion)
  • Equipment costs for customer-owned devices
  • Services already consumed
  • Promotional discounts or free trial periods

Refund Process

  1. Submit refund request through customer portal or support ticket
  2. Provide reason and supporting documentation
  3. Refund review within 5-7 business days
  4. Approved refunds processed within 10-14 business days

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method. For cash payments, bank transfer or mobile banking options available.
