Refund Eligibility
MT Network offers refunds under the following conditions:
Service Not Activated
Full refund if service is not activated within 7 days of payment for reasons attributable to us.
Installation Cancellation
Full refund if you cancel before installation begins. After installation starts, installation fees are non-refundable.
Service Quality Issues
- Partial refund for service outages exceeding 24 hours (excluding planned maintenance)
- Pro-rated refund if consistent service quality issues cannot be resolved within 14 days
Non-Refundable Items
- Installation and setup fees (after installation completion)
- Equipment costs for customer-owned devices
- Services already consumed
- Promotional discounts or free trial periods
Refund Process
- Submit refund request through customer portal or support ticket
- Provide reason and supporting documentation
- Refund review within 5-7 business days
- Approved refunds processed within 10-14 business days
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method. For cash payments, bank transfer or mobile banking options available.
