By accessing and using MT Network's internet services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Service Description
MT Network provides internet connectivity services. Service availability, speed, and quality may vary based on location and network conditions.
Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One account per customer unless otherwise agreed
Payment Terms
- Monthly subscription fees are due in advance
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- Installation and equipment fees apply as specified
Fair Usage Policy
Unlimited plans are subject to fair usage policies. Excessive usage may result in speed throttling during peak hours.
Service Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend service for:
- Non-payment of dues
- Violation of terms of service
- Illegal activities or network abuse
- Maintenance and technical upgrades
Termination
Either party may terminate service with 30 days notice. Early termination may incur fees as specified in your service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
MT Network is not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
